The Alaska Dept of Education and Early Development, The Early Intervention/Infant Learning Program will be holding a public informational hearing regarding future changes to Part C early intervention regulations. The Federal Office of Special Education is requiring the development of a regulation to ensure parental consent for programs accessing public and private insurance as part of our system of payments.
